Backend of the site is somehow always in the shadow of a frontend. Not so many people used backend site backend and there are those who has never even seen backend or those who are not even avare of it's existence. In reality however, backend of site is almost always more developed, and more complex than frontend. Or at least that's how things should be, because the backend should provide simple and efficient way of administration. Only frequently administrated site is visited, and therefore the successful. • Security - Phoenix CMS uses advanced techniques of crypting passwords, account lockout, admin activity log  and so on...
• Portability - your website will have database (with i.e. users, comments, admin logs...). Often you'll need export data from you database to other programs. Phoenix offers you export of any wanted data in CSV and Excel formats.
• Site administrators are divided into groups. Each admin group can precisely define the rights of access to any facility. Eg. it is possible to have admin group "writer", which members can create new documents, but they can not publish them and have a group "publisher", which members can publish created documents. Number of admin group is not limited.
• When the site is launched there is no need for engagement of developers any more. Therefore there are no "maintenance" costs! Dont be fooled - site which requires programmer for maintence is pure fraud!
• Multilingualism - use admin interface in your own language.
  
• Extremely simple way of editing, adding and deleting static pages in MS Word like editor  (formatting text, adding images, tables, links, list ...).
• Unlimited number of site layout (templates). It's possible to choose template each page.
• Every page can have different meta tags.
